The location was perfect - centrally situated and close to attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent. Comfortable beds and spacious family room. Good value for money breakfast.

We had an issue with our room but the manager, Maeve, was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make things right. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beds comfy and great atmosphere. I recommend this hotel.

During our stay, we found the hotel to be a convenient and central location for our exploration of the city. Not far from the Guinness factory which we had pre-booked tickets for and to all the sights we came to see. It was also very easy to get to-and-from the airport, which was a plus. Our room was clean and well-presented, with comfortable furnishings, and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. While we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, there were plenty of options nearby. The only negative aspect was the occasional noise from outside.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. And the breakfast buffet is a real treat, with a good variety of options, including gluten free choices.

The check-in process was smooth and the receptionist was really helpful. the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center.

The doors were quite noisy, and the walls were thin, so noise from other guests and staff could be heard. the parking was expensive and not easily accessible, and there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom that was not resolved.

Nothing is perfect.

Perfectly placed for seeing all the sights, with a sightseeing bus stop and airport bus stop nearby. Room was clean and had everything you need. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and good service.

Room had a strong smell of new paint. Air conditioning was not working properly, room was too hot and staff were not helpful in resolving the issue.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the attractions in town. Not only was the hotel close to the airport terminal, but it was also within walking distance of many local cafes. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, helping me with dinner reservations and booking taxis. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The only downside was that the gym was not as well-equipped as I had hoped.

The room I stayed in at Cassidys Hotel was beautifully renovated and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find a TV hidden within the mirror in the en-suite. The continental breakfast provided a good variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is in a top location, right in the heart of the city centre. With easy transport links and within walking distance of pubs, bars, and shops, it's the perfect base for exploring. The staff are very nice and helpful, making sure that all your needs are met. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with extras like air conditioning and an excellent shower in the bathroom. Breakfast is included and even offers gluten-free options, which was a pleasant surprise.
